We require 72 hours notice to cancel any booking which includes all valeting packages. failure to do so will result in loss of deposit.
You may only reschedule once, and if 72hrs notice is given the deposit is transferred to the new date.
Millie Details reserves the right to alter or amend a booking without penalty, but whenever possible will inform the customer beforehand.
Millie Details reserves the right to take full payment if a valet is cancelled on the day without prior arrangement.
We also reserve the right to alter a booking or move a booking due to weather conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty.
Deposits are required for ALL bookings for new customers. This is fixed at 20% of the booking price and is refundable upto 72hrs before commencement of service. If a minimum 72hrs notice is not given, your deposit is non-refundable.
Deposits are transferrable to reschedule your booking date only if 72hrs notice is given.
Your booking will NOT be confirmed unless a valid deposit is sent through to myself. Once the deposit is received, you will get an 'accepted' booking text/email which secures your space.
Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any service.
Millie Details will not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle whilst it is being cleaned.
Child seats will be removed by myself (if possible), but will NOT be reattached by myself under any circumstances. This is to protect everyone's safety. Sole liability for reattachment of child seats lies with the customer.
All vehicles are cleaned at the customers own risk.
Millie Details reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booked valet.
Millie Details reserves the right to amend any price during the detail should it differ from the original estimate.
Whilst every effort will be made to keep regular bookings, sometimes it may be necessary to make changes. If so, we will endeavour to communicate the changes prior to arrival.
